| Before you are able to manage your multi accounts on eHarbors, you need to register on eHarbors and fetch the tokens for these accounts through one eHarbors account. After that, eHarbors will automatically update the transaction information for these accounts on your eharbors account and then you will be able to manage your multi accounts with a single eHarbors account. |

| Yes. There are eBay fees applied when you post your items to eBay. Please refer to eBay for their fees. |
| 9, Can I still use HTML in creating a listing? |
| Yes. Even though you can quickly and easily create a professional-looking auction with eHarbors easy-to-use listing editor, you can still use your own HTM code in creating a listing if you prefer by selecting the "HTML" tab the bottom of the dialog page and entering your HTML. Once you have placed your HTML in HTML Description dialogue, you can click the "Design" to see how your auction will appear when viewing the HTML through a web browser. |
| 10, Why don't my images show correctly in my listings? |

If your images don't show correctly in your listings, first check if you have uploaded the images or not. If you don't upload the images, they won't show in your listings. Next check if you select them in your listings. If you don't select the images, they won't show in your listings.

Why do I need to fetch tokens?
Currently for services with eBay transactions, eBay empowers the way of fetching tokens to help you using third parties' services without giving out your eBay Id & Password.
How to fetch a token?
When first registering with eHarbors, you will be automatically directed to eBay pages to fetch tokens or after that, you can directly go to "My setting" to fetch tokens.

Update eHarbors registration setting:
Go to My eHarbors setting in "My eHarbors", then your current eHarbors setting will display. You can revise, save or cancel your setting.
Update eHarbors account setting:
Go to My account setting in "My eHarbors", then your current eHarbors account information will display. You can add new accounts by fetching new tokens or update your existing accounts by renewing your accounts.

eHarbors supports multi-account so you can manage the activities of multi e-marketplace accounts in one eHarbors account.

How to manage multi-account?

After you fetch token(s) for your account(s) on the page of "My setting", these accounts will automatically display in the "Listings" for you to choose. You can choose any account which you would like to post your items to.

Image Uploader
|

eHarbors provides two uploaders as shown below to upload the images to our servers With the images uploaded to our servers, you can easily select up to 16 images and insert them in your listings.
Currently eHarbors only supports the uploading of the following formats: gif, jpeg and jpg. Image size can't be more than 3M.
This powerful Uploader is supported in any operating system and browser. And features Drag and Draw in windows, Image displayed in any Web Browser Support folders selected and Multiple Image Uploading.
How to use Drag and Draw uploader?
On the page of "Drag and Draw Uploader", click on "Browse Files" or open file folders, next use mouse or click on files or folders to select, then click on "Upload" to proceed uploading files.
This uploader is supported in any operating system and browser.
How to use HTML uploader?
On the page of "HTML Uploader", click "Browse" to select the file needed to be uploaded. This uploader doesn't support Batch selecting files.
